You R Your Story founder, Rosemarie Howard

Rosemarie Howard

Rosemarie Howard has a passion for storytelling – and would love to assist you in finding and telling your life stories. She truly believes that without our personal and family stories we cannot really understand who we are.

Her first family history storybook, “The House the Howards Built” was written based on a personal family story.

As a professional storyteller she’s performed as an artist-in-residence with the Utah Arts Council and has told stories in many venues, including the Timpanogos Storytelling Festival. She’s had the opportunity to learn about storytelling from many nationally known storytellers.

Rosemarie has worked as a journalist, written and edited books, and produced documentaries and video clips that have aired on BYU TV. Her experiences have taken her to Argentina, Taiwan, China, Mongolia, and many parts of the U.S.

Born and raised in southeastern Idaho, Rosemarie is the oldest of ten children and currently lives in a 100-year-old house located on Main Street in Springville, Utah

She looks forward to using her skills and experience to assist you in creating your personal history – one story at a time.

You R Your Story

Dramatic Dimensions, LLC, the parent company of You R Your Story, was started in 2001, as a drama-based arts-in-education business. In 2012 You R Your Story was created to focus on assisting clients in creating easy-to-read, short, memorable life storybooks.

Because technology is constantly changing, we believe books – short, well-illustrated books, are the best way to share and preserve your life stories for generations. However, we understand that some people prefer to save their stories in an electronic form, and are happy to  assist you in sharing your stories through short videos, slide presentations, photo books or eBooks.

We realize that each person is at a different place in writing their important life stories, so we offer a menu of service options.

We can take you through the whole process of creating your story from beginning to end. Or you can consult with us and/or receive assistance in those areas you need particular help with.

Whatever your needs may be, we hope you will allow us to work with you in creating memorable life stories that will be treasured by your loved ones and by future generations.

We want to help you tell your story –  the way you think it should be told.

  1. Rosemarie, Thank you so much for your kind review of my book “The Power of Dadhood”. As a first time author with an important message, it is most difficult to get the word out. Your review helped me to do that and I am most grateful.

I read the book review in the Deseret News and wonder how I can purchase the book for my Kindle. I don’t see how on your website.
